Refund policy

Terms of Trade

A 50% non-refundable* deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance due on the day or within 5 days of the event. We accept Direct credit to our account, or Cash. Unfortunately due to our location EFTPOS and Credit Card machines will not operate. We can Invoice you via PayPal with a 5% commission charge applied.

* Circumstances when a refund may be given:

50% of your Deposit will be refunded if you cancel 30 or more days out from the event.

In the event of a Government Ordered COVID 19 Lockdown or Restrictions that would prevent this activity going ahead on the Day of the Booking you can either choose an alternate date or cancel and receive a Full Refund of your Deposit. This Policy does not apply if a previous Covid Lockdown has disrupted your plans. It only applies if Action Matakana cannot operate on the Day (s) you booked. If a Camp is disrupted part way through by Government order,  you will be charged for the Days you attended in half Day increments.
